Notice to Exhibitors 

(1) Exhibition service projects and related forms

All forms must be returned to the relevant units before the specified date to ensure timely service. Forms submitted beyond the deadline will not be accepted, and any consequences or expenses arising from this will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. All additional furniture and appliances rented beyond the deadline will be subject to a 50% surcharge based on the on-site price.

(2) If there are special requirements for the construction of standard booths and exhibition equipment and facilities (including the retention of lintel text, partitions, etc.), please confirm and inform the organizer before May 9, 2025. If the deadline is exceeded, the organizing organization will construct the booth with the default standard booth configuration.

(4) All exhibitors and bare space booth builders are required to enter and set up their booths within the specified time. If exhibitors or contractors need to work overtime, they must apply to the organizer before 4 pm on the same day. Exhibitors must pay the required overtime pay in cash to the main venue construction contractor on the day of overtime.

(5) The construction of bare space booths is strictly controlled within a limited height of 4.5 meters for single-layer structures. If exhibitors have special needs to build cross story spaces, they must apply to the organizing organization in advance and obtain approval before construction can be carried out. Exhibitors must bear their own safety, fire safety and other responsibilities, and the organizing and hosting organization shall not be held responsible.

(6) According to the relevant regulations of the venue, booths that require the use of compressed gas (exceeding 5HP) must pay for the use of compressed gas from the venue. If booths that require the use of compressed gas (below 5HP) can apply to the main venue contractor to bring their own silent compressor.

(7) If the booth involves LED and the LED structure back wall exceeds 3.5 meters, a third-party supervisor is required.

(8) The insurance for all exhibits and exhibitors is the responsibility of the exhibiting unit. The organizer shall not bear any economic or legal responsibility for risks involving exhibitors, visitors, and personal belongings.

(9) For registration and exhibition, please present your business card or registration notice, or on-site office registration information. Exhibitors of special booths are required to enter the exhibition after 8:30 am on May 26, 2025. Exhibitors of standard booths are required to come to the exhibition after 8:30 am on May 27, 2025 to avoid crowding and delay.
